The collection will be managed by GLS.
Generally the booking is scheduled for the day following the request, subject to acceptance by customer service via email.

The courier collection times are:
- Morning from: 09:00 to: 12:00
- Afternoon from: 3:00 pm to: 6:00 pm

It is possible to indicate a preferred day and time for collection and any change of address, at the time of the return request.

In case of failure to collect on the first pass, due to the customer's absence, two attempts will be made in the following days for a total of 3 attempts (one per day).
After three attempts the withdrawal will be canceled and will have to be requested again.

The shipping envelope can be used for packaging.
No label is needed. GLS will issue a receipt upon collection.


The withdrawal must be authorized exclusively by Us.
Private communications between customer and GLS are not permitted.
