The collection will be managed by GLS. Generally the booking is scheduled for the day following the request, subject to acceptance by customer service.


The courier collection times are:
- Morning from: 09:00 to: 12:00
- Afternoon from: 3:00 pm to: 6:00 pm

Please communicate any change of address or name in advance.

In case of failure to collect on the first pass, due to the customer's absence, two attempts will be made in the following days for a total of 3 attempts (one per day).
After three attempts the withdrawal will be canceled and will have to be requested again.

The shipping envelope can be used for packaging.
No label is needed. GLS will issue a receipt upon collection.
